It will be negligible compared to other smart watches as this only has Bluetooth low energy that comes on for one minutes 4x a day, only if you have the auto time sync activated. Privacy should be fine as location tracking only comes on if you activate it manually, and then only to the Casio app, as it does not sync to any other services. So location is defaulted to off. That said, the watch itself has no GPS so any location would be by the phone.
