I've done hundreds or thousands of trades (selling); was scammed twice, where the scam resulted in losing the fiat and both times getting my bank account cancelled.

That does not sound like a RoboSats issue but a fiat banking issue.
Which payment method did you use?
Only SEPA transfer, it seems, have chargebacks.
I am positive that @PABLOF7z got paid through SEPA both of the times.
Better go through Wise or other companies than SEPA transfers.
