Gluten-free and little to no sugar
Never done the sauna to cold plunge before but I cold plunge every am
I'm not that brave yet 😬 but my routine gets me very relaxed
What I have found that really helps with a isolated cold plunge is to focus solely on slowing your breathing for the 1st 15 secs or so. It’s still tough but gets easier the quicker you can get your breathing under control.
No bread and sugar, does that include fruit?
I do eat fruit.
