A node behind Tor is just as accessible by nodes behind Tor. 66.98% of nodes are behind Tor, so I don't agree with that argument. In fact, all nodes should be behind Tor. It's dangerous to reveal that you run a node to certain governments.

This is my Tor node. I have few incoming connections because I recently restarted it, but I usually have around 20-something.
