I guess the only way to be sure is creating one itself and making it rotate ahah Jokes apart I always loved as a kid to watch hiw the acceleration of a car would make a very similar effect on the visual rotation of the wheels and how the differences of shape in the ray of the wheels would create different shapes and forms with different speed.
