yeah it fails the immanence test for an urgent terrorist threat. I don’t think this is going to fly with the jury. And it is making a young girl who could, with a brief visit to a Spanish or Italian maxillofacial surgeon, be transformed into an incredible sexpot that is a charismatic and magnetic speaker against Jews.
