The current privacy upgrade was all outward-facing, it removes your Bitcoin balance and transactions from public Spark explorers so people cannot look up your wallet balance from your Spark address.
We unfortunately overlooked the NWC wallet when adding the privacy configuration, which is why it still shows. We will make sure to fix that when we give NWC a better look.
