I'm not hzrd, but at least the mandatory ORE-1, ORE-2 (equivalent to trusted assertions) and ORE-03

Working with Claude now. I’m thinking I’ll start with ORE-01, 02, and 05 since that’ll take the least work. Then do 03 after that.

ORE-01 and ORE-05 would be the most useful for noStrudel and other random nostr apps I'm building. It would also help to have some NIP-51 style list that users can store the list of Open Ranking servers they use so it can be synced between apps

I’ve got ORE-01, 02 and partial 05 (global but not yet personalized) on staging.
