Has anyone checked with Paul - what we're aloud to build?
I was going to build something useful that people might need, but it doesn't seem like it works like that.

I’ve got a repo. I didn’t think I needed to ask for permission:)
He wasn't saying that they you are not allowed to build on lightning, rather that lightning can't scale and so we should be building on something that can because what we build on lightning won't last.
