Tell you the truth; it’s confusing for me too. Like @npub1wgtw...zex2 rightly points out; a follow on Olas doesn’t mean a follow on microblogging clients; I’m not sure how to communicate this in an easy to understand way for people, but I think that’s the right approach for the default. I’m thinking of adding like a “super follow” when you tap on the 🔽 that has some microcopy saying something like “follow this person on every content types they post” or something like that 😅

Yeah, olas looks at your generic follow list and then adds on top the content types specific follows. The idea is that you’ll be able to unfollow also people on Olas that you still want to follow somewhere else, like maybe someone posts stuff on olas you don’t like but still want to see them in microblogging clients. This is still not implemented yet 😅
