If ShapeShift is decentralized, and it owns KeepKey(is that still the case?), then who owns, manages and manufactures KeepKey hardware wallets?

To answer my own question:

No, KeepKey is owned and operated by former employees of ShapeShift independently. KeepKey continues to fund the ShapeShift DAO. 10pct of all device sale revenue goes to the ShapeShift DAO treasury."
