Had some negative energy earlier on in the week..a little stressed. Trained jits last night and I feel completely better this morning. Never underestimate the power of energy transmutation. #jiujitsu #bjj

Very nice. How often are you training?
1-2 times a week, constantly for 3 years. Hoping to ramp it up but tending to my family comes first. Just happy to have the outlet and training for the long haul.

Family first for sure. The only way I was able to start training is because I found a gym with classes that start at 5am, so I can train while the family is still asleep.
I’m only a few months into the discipline, but I’m loving it.
