Is Phoenix wallet a good place to store large amount of bitcoin? If I just want one wallet with both lightening and on chain and In don't care about fees.

For large amount, please consider using cold wallet, offline.
It can be done by using a hardware wallet such as cold card, bit box, jade, etc.
I understand but if you were to hold it on a wallet with lightning which one would you choose. IsPhoenix the 'best' or are there others. Looks like Zeus beta wallet is pretty great.
Yes, among lightning wallets, I think it is a good choice. Check out mutiny wallet as well.
