Something tells me that GitHub’s service will be undergoing an even faster rate of enshitification than it already has. Since Haven is part of Bitvora’s GitHub, this is ultimately a call for Utxo to make when he’s back. In the meantime, I’m moving my own projects to a self-hosted Forgejo + Grasp instances, and possibly replicating them to a few public ones as soon as possible. Thanks again for your service Dan.

Decentralized github alternative over Nostr

I think the best way to migrate people to #GitViaNostr is to replicate GitHub’s UI/UX as closely as possible. Ideally, creating a ‘nostr github’ client that mirrors GitHub’s interface exactly, with additional UI components only where needed for grasp configuration handling.
