Someone definitely proposed a NIP for high scores and had plans to expand the NIP. Damned if I can remember who it was now though.
No but we could @Nathan Day has a version I can’t remember the details, my only issue with it was there had to be a game server to sign the score.
Everything I built was static site and user signed so it didn’t really work for me (although I guess I could build a work around)

We do some limited checking on @Blockstr before publishing a score. Not sure what others do.
We can list on gamestr uiang kind 5555 self-signed scores if you can use a game tag like @Pete Winn 🔆 did for Word5.
