We're literally decentralising streaming on #nostr and nobody is talking about it. Thanks to @Kieran's zap-stream-core a "single point of failure" (one backend provider for live content) is slowly turning into something beautiful. Running a streaming backend for nostr is starting to feel like running a relay or a Bitcoin node. image

I've been streaming exclusively on Zapstream and Rumble for the last 6 months. Had to do this otherwise most people kept defaulting back to YouTube. It's slowed down channel growth and discovery but it's my vote for this system. The kind of votes that actually matter. View quoted note →

No entiendo bien lo que quieren llegar a decir, pero si decimos que estamos descentralizando cosas importantes como el streaming sin que nadie se entere, sos una verdadera revelación. Ese es el poder del Bitcoin, hacer que la gente vea cosas que no sabía que eran posibles.
