#day8 #week2 update:
My digestive system finally caught up with my new overconsuming eating habits resulting in constipation ๐ฉ ๐. Anyways, feeling good otherwise. I am up 2 kg since I started last week. Today is my recovery day.
Will be back to gym tomorrow morning.
Decided to set my workouts every 2 days. So I get 3x or 4x workouts every other week. Enough time for me to recover from heavy sessions and target every muscle group at least 2x week. I am currently 81 kgs. I will stick to this programme til the end of March hopefully reach 190+ lbs ~ 86+ kgs by then will cut from April to June. Summer bod ready by July. ๐โโ๏ธ๐๏ธโโ๏ธ
Main goal is to be prepared for the bitcoin super cycle.
#day7 update:
Had a โ๏ธ black coffee then went to the #gymstr for my 4th full body weight training. Feeling pumped ๐ช. Now time eat some ground bison meat and some beef liver. Worst part of bulking is eating the daily protein requirements.
