#day5 update. Feeling jacked after my 3rd gym session. The early gainz are noticeable. Diet so far has consisted of 80% beef sausages and steak for protein intake. 20% carbs. I have a cup of black coffee to start the day. Muscle aches from Wednesday are now gone. #gymstr View quoted note โ†’

first couple of weeks of bulk phase after a long time of not being on a bulk will almost always show unusually big weight gain, that is probably due to increased water weight, salt quantities increase in your diet... try to track your weight by comparing weekly averages by the end of every week
