#day 6 update:
Steak is the new steroids. Gained 2.85 kg this week from eating steak and 3x workouts. Crazy. 

#day5 update. Feeling jacked after my 3rd gym session. The early gainz are noticeable. Diet so far has consisted of 80% beef sausages and steak for protein intake. 20% carbs. I have a cup of black coffee to start the day.
Muscle aches from Wednesday are now gone.
