Working on a storm damaged stage and wharf. This morning’s first task was to empty it - and believe me when I say fishermen know how to store a lot in a little space.
Next step rock anchors to be used while uprighting the stage.

Looks like it might need some new Siding. Have you considered throwing on Hardie board.
Haven’t had a lot of success with hardie board siding - are you in a saltwater area? Many municipalities won’t accept it here (not that I’m anywhere near one).
Oh yeah that would be a concern. Have to strap it out and allow the air to flow through the back.
Strapping or not, I wouldn’t use it here - but I love talking about building materials.
