Look here’s my point—- I get what you are saying but in my business at learn to “follow the anecdote”. If there’s enough anecdote then you should investigate anything that can substantiate the anecdote… I know from first hand experience observing racist behavior and being the son of immigrants that some people in the US can be xenophobic.. (nothing compared to other parts of the world I’ve travelled in) but let’s just say that immigrants ARE eating pets (not unheard of) we should work on resolving THAT problem.. regardless of legal status it sounds to me like people are unable to buy food. Something we can thank the CURRENT administration for.

That's the whole point, though, there AREN'T enough anecdotes to justify a serious investigation. All you have are third and fourth hand accounts. If this was actually happening, you'd be able to get some first hand accounts. The one first hand account I'm aware of was a call to the police accusing Haitian neighbors of stealing the cat, but then the dumb racist bitch found the cat in her own basement.
