I love moving my body in many ways-whether it's weightlifting, yoga, Pilates, hiking, or calisthenics. Above all, I spend as much time as I can outdoors, ideally without shoes. Other things I prioritize to stay healthy: • Blocking/avoiding blue light by using things like my daylight computer (no blue light or flicker). • Mitigating non-native EMFs. Eating as local & seasonal as possible. Drinking good water (well water with a softene & a reverse osmosis system that I can add minerals to) Limiting supplements. Currently taking beef liver & fermented cod liver oil in capsules, electrolytes i few times a week, & occasionally collagen & methylene blue. Trying to only wear natural fibers (organic cotton, hemp, linen, etc.). Using nontoxic household & beauty products, avoiding harsh chemicals, endocrine disruptors, fragrance, air fresheners, candles. • Healing/recovery through red light therapy, sauna, cold exposure, acupuncture, body tempering, & sleep. • Prioritizing meditation/breathwork, reading, journaling, & play/adventure. https://m.primal.net/QSpH.mov
