Like a driver's licence is worth 40 points, a passport is worth 40 points etc. you need 100 points to prove your identity if you want to get a new drivers licence or passport etc. i know few people that could not get drivers licences until they were 20+ year olds because you need so much information and bullshit to prove your identity here. Birth certificate, student ID, utility bills, bank card, Medicare card all put together is only worth like 50 points even if you also have a drivers licence thats still not enough points to get a passport or vice versa
