The point of the arbitrary data debate is that you can't stop it, you can only incentivize less worse usage of it.
This is simple information theory; if you don't believe me or don't get it, you're doomed to spin your wheels fighting ghosts.

I understand spam can’t be stopped. It doesn’t bother me at all.

Articulate in the affirmative what that means?
What good comes from blowing out the op-return?
This was articulated to death last year and it's frankly a DoS to continue asking people to repeat it.
