The constitution is trash. If I wrote down on a piece of paper, “I shall have the right to rob you,” would that make it right for me to forcibly take your belongings? …but what if I used different words? Instead of writing right to “rob,” what if it read, right to “tax?” …what if everyone else in your neighborhood signed it too? Only defendable rights are rights. That's why Monero is so important. What no one but you can see, no one can take from you without giving permission.

Correct. If you have a right to do or not do something, that implies the right to forcibly prevent anyone blocking you from your right; You are not obligated to go along with infringements of your rights.
