Also the lack of coin control in the Bisq wallet software will link transactions. So to avoid linking you must fund all tx from an external wallet like Sparrow. Preferably as a maker and constructing your offer deposit % such that the funding UTXO has no change output. Then at the end you would recover the Bisq wallet in Sparrow and move the trade UTXOs one by one into cold storage.
