He's right
My delete relay feed only works because majority of people are only posting to 10-15 big relays
If there were thousands there's no way I could do it
So another good argument that having outbox improves privacy and gives users more control over their notes
In the long run when people are not relying on a static set of relays anymore and people are publishing to smaller relays then delete will be much more reliable (unless you're being specifically targeted) because it will be too costly to do what you're doing.
