The “American Dream” is a debt trap: • $100,000 – College • $30,000 – Wedding • $600,000 – Home • $40,000 – Car We’re taught that debt is normal, but it chains young adults for decades. America doesn’t run on Dunkin’ — it runs on consumer debt. You needed Bitcoin in like 2009.

More couples should get married in back yards. Friends and relatives should do the cooking. You don’t need to impress anyone, you’ve already found your person. You’re starting a family. You’re winning.
Follow the parasite economy. The boneyard is the first indication. I am still traumatized from my wedding. I had to take a Xanax just to walk down the aisle. All was well until we had to do the champagne toast…it was only a little less nightmarish than the Sixteen Candles wedding scene. #lovedtheteapot
Totally agree. I just want to have a fun, chill, celebratory day. It’s difficult dealing with wedding vendors who all act like I want to spend insane amounts of money or wear a big uncomfortable dress because it’s “my day”. The wedding industry is nuts.

We need to learn kids and young adults about money. What is money? What are savings? Is everything getting more expensive or is your currency going down in value. This last one usually starts people to pause and think.
Paid cash for all those except home, and home and car were much less than that. Work full time through college and pay for that cash. If I did that for two degrees, so can you. Dave Ramsey, listen to him.
you are wrong about the few things... the "American Dream" is dead as of 1980. My wedding cost ~200$ and was plenty. A car should not cost more 2% of your net-worth. Not only the poor states of America run's on debt, but as of 1948, it created a world that runs on debt. the entire world is either attached as a financier, or an enslaved nation. Things got a lot more beautiful in 1971. America, or England before 1765, never had enemies... only victims. Bitcoin is certainly not enough to change. Tax are not for services, but for enslavement. Get ready.
