It's inevitable. Eventually everyone you love and loath will find their way to bitcoin. Game theory unfolding in real time. It's just too bad that the state will now front run 95% of the population that's still sleeping on bitcoin.

Why should it be bad, if the state (which is kind of a common good) is first? I mean in the end there is probably faster acceptance once the state is buying in. It is a signal of trust I hope.
