I wouldn’t call it an invisible vibe. When software is made by someone who doesn’t care about the user, it’s very visible. You end up fighting it for basic features and workflow, jumping through hoops just to get simple things done, and adapting to its quirks instead of it adapting to you. There’s nothing subtle or invisible about that.

It’s fun to work on features and functionality but UI needs to have just as much attention or no one will use the software. A clean, intuitive UI covers a multitude of sins.
