Got a new toy this week. I’m not usually a fan of carbon fiber handles on pocket knives, but these “lava flow” handle scales have really nice, grippy feel… and the action is soooo smooth: no assisted opening mechanism, but a light flick of the thumb is all it takes. Also, the battle-washed blade is sleek, no?
I must confess, I’ve re-started a small knife collection, after the blades I originally acquired in my adolescence got misplaced between moving, growing up, etc.)
I’ll share photos of some of the others this week, if I have a chance.
