When you are in a room with more than 1000, you get measurably more stupid. Over 2000 your performance on standard tests goes down to something like 50%.
And when planet gets under around 130 ppm photosynthesis stops...
Yep, both correct. If the concentration would go higher people will get measurably stupider. If the concentration goes lower, then plants will die.
