Glad to hear. I think about the past year, what went right, what went wrong. Things i want to improve or change in 2025.
That's good. It's always wise to put things into perspective. I have been doing that for a while now, since last year, on a more profound way. As an observer... watching what happens to me and how I react. It's a very good exercise to know self on a deeper level. Most times our reactions come from taking things too personally, and steam from unconscious situations that put us in a flight or fight mode. To see it from outside is what I have been doing.
