I’m not saying it’s the solution. I’m saying, you can’t undo it with free markets now. If you do, the destruction would be so unpalatable that they’re just going to step in again anyway. Hence, the only way out is through. Don’t let them taint free markets by trying to palm this off on them only to step back in when it blows up and have a readymade scapegoat.
