Arweave with RSS is similar to Nostr but for long-form content. We made a linux app to create content in this format, then any client (mobile/desktop) can be used to view it. It doesn't compete with Nostr, in fact Nostr keys/relays can be used for comments to get free replies, so the consumer doesn't need AR coins to just reply.
