worse than some AI slop? you're the one who makes the defaults

Because the devs like ai slop and don't really care that it puts more people off than attracts people. How many people will ai slop potentially put off? How many people would stay because of the ai slop banner image? This is pretty poor risk:reward imo

...Anyone can make an AI generated image too. Have you considered comissioning an actual human being to make a default Amethyst banner? It will shut people up and you can just think of it as artificial AI.

Yep, we are an open source project. Anyone can send a new image for me to change. But nobody has done so. Literally nobody. Not in this thread. Talk is cheap. Create something better and send me over. I will happily change if it is better.
