This should not be happening for free or paid accts, and we have not seen this as a regular issue. We’ll investigate and see what’s up. Please let @The Fishcake (nostr.build) and me know next time it happens and we’ll troubleshoot further. Curious if it happens on certain clients? Certain file types? When it happened last? Error messages? Very recently Fishcake fixed a ‘large file upload bug’ that may have been related.
