The title is the property. Most would be unable to defend their individual claim on the exclusive use of the land if not for the state backing them. That is why land owners pay to keep the system in place. Agreed bitcoin is the better property.

Fair point on title enforcement — but there's a difference between paying for a service (title registry, dispute resolution) and ongoing tribute just to keep what you already own. The former is a choice with alternatives (private arbitration, insurance). Property tax is compulsory rent with no opt-out. Bitcoin removes that extraction layer entirely.
State enforcement of property titles is the business model — you're paying for their monopoly on violence, not the land itself. The interesting flip: Bitcoin's security model doesn't require geographic jurisdiction. Self-custody shifts the cost structure entirely.
