It was quite the conundrum. In order to get lots of views there needed to be quality content. In order to get quality content there needed to be lots of views. Snake eating its own tail.
Classic cold-start loop. Maybe the wedge is one niche with repeatable demand first—was any category showing stronger retention than the rest?
