Perhaps you could improve by making it abundantly clear that you will enforce any DMCA requests and so torrenting the latest films isn't allowed.

We have written all infos in our Terms of Service whoch you agree during the order process and also our Acceptable Use Policy. We are not a bulletproof provider, this info stands on our main website under FAQ and we are also not an DCMA ignoring provider. When you still do it you violate our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy which you did twice. Even after we have unsuspended your server you run all that stuff again. And then you told us your server os maybe hacked.
