What this fellow is saying in the clip is just baldly untrue. If you are standing on a flat surface and a dome of stars (or anything) is rotating above you, its apparent rotational direction will not change no matter which way you are facing. The experiment is geometrically equivalent to mounting a clock on your ceiling and then facing in two opposite directions and expecting to see the clock running backwards in one of them. Preposterous!

No, there is a field of view. It's literally modelled right there for you.
This isn't exclusive evidence of anything, and you're still intentionally ignoring the experiment I shared. That's rather telling.
