Cedar, stove, rocks, water. airflow is for North Americans Fins don't have that thing they just jump through a hole in the ice

For some reason this is the only screenshot I could find from when I was considering ventilation in my design. I ended up putting a vent in the bottom of the door, but rarely use it because the stove seems to pull in plenty of air through the 1/2" gap under the door. The vent up high and at the rear of the sauna I always open. Halfway for 1 or 2 people, and fully open for more than 2 people. I think a second upper vent would be justified at times.

And of course here is nostr:nprofile1qqsw3znfr6vdnxrujezjrhlkqqjlvpcqx79ys7gcph9mkjjsy7zsgygpz3mhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuerpd46hxtnfduq3vamnwvaz7tmjv4kxz7fwwpexjmtpdshxuet5scvysa excellent article on the subject:

Good design
thank you!
I guess I can show you a few pictures of mine for inspiration.

dude that is badass! nice work!
i’m planning to build one on a existing deck where a hot tub used to sit. so i’ll be doing something much smaller. if i ever end up with my ski cabin, i’m following your lead!
Beautiful!
