Data vending machine I didn't write the AI that is being used

Right now I run a local Whisper model. But highlighter isn't connected to anything. It just tells nostr it wants a job done and service providers can provide to do that job. I hope we will see multiple providers soon.

Vendors listen to 68001 job request events and might make an offer to do the job (eg if resources are free or fee is paid etc)
