Absolutely! It also regulates your insulin resistance which is so important. People that are constantly eating are jacked up with glucose and insulin all day long, it’s so crazy that they can’t understand this concept. The body needs to rest in order to bring insulin down
Now hunger is just a hormone saying eat eat now but after ignoring it, it goes away just fine. These couple of days I have been doing omad (one meal a day) and feel super great! It’s almost like a 22 hr fast

Regulating your insulin levels is super important
When you do omad, you eat the same amount of calories you would usually eat in your 8 or 6 hour window, but in a 2 hour window? Or you end up eating less?
