FYI Square Bitcoin payments only work on the Square Point of Sale app and not on the Square Retail app. But that isn’t stated anywhere! Why are there different apps? Kinda disappointing given we promoted this and have not been able to take those payments this morning.

Thanks. Works on iphone but not on any of our ipad square stands. Customer support had no idea. Very frustrating. We were very excited for this.

Came across a merchant today with a similar problem—the terminal equipment was out-of-date. You can find out if yours is at the top right of the screen, when selecting one of the items will show you a yellow warning about inability to update due to hardware.
