Agreed. But how do we get these “victoms” to embrace that they have the agency to choose to be a victor - not a victom?
Taking responsibility for your own life comes at the expense of the ego. Blaming others allows the self image to remain intact. Shame is a hell of a drug
Be an example, but that's ultimately their problem
