I'll be honest. I'm too much of a slowbro to understand wine. I know that sweetness and alcohol content are considerations. At least in part because hot water is used to cut the wine. Kagor is almost syrupy it's so sweet, so adding a dash of boiling water and letting it sit for a few opens it up nicely. I know there are a number of Christians who are BTCers and might want to support a fellow traveler
