Social media doesn't need to be sticky to be valuable.
I don't doom scroll on Nostr, I get in check posts of preferred identities and any receipted zaps and get out and on with my life.
Quality != Quantity.

I agree, but you also need to have the preferred identities here. What you prefer may not be relevant to what others prefer. This requires a large pool of users.
