Filter.nostr.wine also works, but I haven't used them much. Just keep in mind they disable the outbox mode entirely.

Can you name someone that shows up on primal but not on Amethyst? I can see if the app is looking for things in the right place or not.

I run my own wot relay, and it is pulling in notes from my follows, and their follows. Is that helping me see more notes, since I have it as in and outbox was well? Is there a better way for me to be using that?

Hum.. that could be ideal for the proxy spot. Just make sure it does import everything from your contacts.

trying out the new amethyst it's slow on the first minutes of using the app then it gets pretty smooth, is that expected? will the slowness return if I restart it tomorrow? is there some kind of local sync happening?

ok I've restarted it (after disabling tor) and the slowness returned, and the feed took a while to load so I assume amethyst is not storing anything locally?
