Interesting that you mention mindset, gateway, and CIA mental tools in the same sentence... Are you aware of "The Gateway Experience" that was studied by US military intelligence in the early 80s as a method of paranormal espionage? Are you aware that the CIA got ahold of this research and has an active program in which CIA agents use "mental tools" to observe and gather intel? In that research, the work of Itzhak Bentov was cited dozens and dozens of times. He died in an "accident" 2 years after he published his book and 4 years before his research would wind up being cited heavily in this Gateway Experience research.
