The technical answer is you can always request your relays to delete anything. Question is 1) will they honor the request? Its really up to them. 2) your notes may have already been propagated to other relays you're not connected to. (Ex. You've got a note, it lands in the relay which my client fetches. Maybe I re-note it and im connected to relays ur not on and now theyve got it too) So it may look deleted from your feed, but may live elsewhere without you knowing.
